Barry’s Bootcamp burns about 1,000 calories in 60 minutes and is an intense form of exercise that combines high intensity cardio like leap ups, elliptical training, burpees, and jump rope exercises with abdominal and lower body training to sculpt your body from head to toe.
Kim would perform these Boot-Camp workouts several times per week – and would mix in Pilates sessions and also hardcore gym sessions for her lower body (which we will cover next)
Kim K admits she is a bit of a gym rat – and on top of her Boot-Camp and Pilates would still go to the gym 2-3 times per week with her trainer. In the words of Hubby Kanye West, “all those Mocha Latte’s – you better do Pilates!”
Over the course of the week, Kim would exercise 5-6 total times per week and loves training that booty which gets her a ton of attention.
